Earlier today when my hubby and I were eating at our favorite Portuguese restaurant. This man walked in and he looked just like Stephen King. Both my hubby and I said it at the same time - "look, Stephen King".

Early this afternoon I was finishing up one of my books and it had a happy ending but being the girl that I am...I cried.

Hello my friends. I hope you are all enjoying your weekend so far. I can't believe it is almost over. These two days went so fast.

Today I had a very nice day. My hubby had the day off and we slept in late. He went on the computer and I finished up a novel I was reading. We had an early dinner at our favorite restaurant to celebrate V-Day and our anniversary of our first date. It was a very nice time. I messed up when I ordered. Shrimp scampi is my favorite dish - ever. For some strange reason, I ordered Shrimp in Garlic Sauce. When the plate came out and looked different I said to the waiter, "Did they change how they serve this?" He was like, "No, it is always served this way." Ok then.....When he walked away my hubby proceeds to tell me that it looks different because I ordered garlic sauce instead of scampi. I swear to God I had no recollection. I asked him why he didn't correct me when I ordered (like he should have read my mind). He just thought I wanted to try something new. After 13yrs of being together and 11.5 yrs of marriage...he should have known better. LOL! Oh well. It was OK, but I would have rathered the scampi. It was my own fault though.

Tomorrow is my "day off" of work. I have to say, I really do like having my forced day off, but I don't like having one less day in my paycheck. It is so hard to make the adjustment. But I really do have to be thankful that I still am working. My boss has been throwing hints at closing the agency. So, I am beginning to get nervous. Remember, I don't like change. Change and I don't mix.

The legendary Dean Martin. I think he had one of the best and sexiest voices ever. I think he looks so handsome in this picture. He was handsome at any age.
