Having a Half Blonde Moment

Well I decided I wanted to go for a haircut. I went in with all intentions of getting my hair cut. When I walked out, I walked out with highlights. I've been wanting them back SO badly. Everyone loves my hair lighter and I actually like it better to. My hair was just a brown mop before. Long, unruly, and dry. Now it will be multi-colored, unruly, and dry. I figured I'd use my birthday money on something for myself. I seriously was going to use it to pay off some of my "co-insurance" for my wraps but then said...why not? I figure I'd be a little more presentable when I had to go on interviews. I figure I'd use it as my main picture as well. I don't think I ever changed it before. So the "new" me. Oh yeah...today was weigh-in day...65 pounds now. Yay!!

Yesterday I watched the Michael Jackson Memorial. I really thought it was a nice tribute to him. The moments that got me the most were when they rolled out his coffin with the choir singing, Brooke Shields eulogy, when Usher sang "Gone Too Soon", and lastly the part that tore me up was when his daughter Paris spoke.

I know alot of people have different opinions on Michael, but I want to remember him for the incredible artist he was. I just hope that his children are not torn up in courts and that they will remain happy, healthy, and safe.

Yay for another 5 pounds off! I like your new look for your hair also. It sure lifts the spirits doesn't it when we get a hair change? So fun!
