Last night was a quiet night. When I got home we had dinner and watched old episodes of "What's Happening Now?" The continuation of the series "What's Happening?" After dinner my hubby went on the computer while I watched an old episode of "Sex And The City". I went on the computer for a bit, read some blogs, posted 2 memes, and answered a few emails. I then went to bed. Now getting ready for work. Rinse. Repeat.
Well I better get my rear in gear. I am still suffering from distraction problems. I can't seem to get out of here in the morning. I keep finding stuff to do. I am a creature of habit I suppose. Well, Happy Wednesday friends. I wish you all a wonderful day....maybe I'll get another post in later. I think I am one away from my first milestone!!!
UPDATE 11:30am: I did wind up getting my butt in gear...I actually left a little earlier. I walked in right on time. I even had time to stop for my iced coffee.

Love the polish color!
What's Happening Now? I don't remember that! Where was I? hahaha
Glad you made it to work on time! I am always wayyyy early, then I have time to sit in my car and read the papers!
Hope you have a great day!
Thanks about the color! I added the pic of it on me.
What's Happening Now started in 1985. It was a spin-off of What's Happening which ended in 1979. It just came out on DVD last year I think. The first episode has Rog (Roger) coming back home, he is a writer, newly married and he bought the house from his Mama who left and was remarried. The actress in real life had already died so that is how they excused her abscence. Dee went off to college but does guest appearances. Duane (Hey, hey, hey) works with computers. Rerun is a used car salesman. Shirley buys Rob's Place Diner with Rog as a silent partner. It isn't as good as the original series unfortunately. Since I recently met Haywood (Duane) Nelson I really wanted to watch it.
That is SOOOO great that you are early...can you send me some of your early genes because I am ALWAYS cutting everything down to the wire. It is in my blood. I'm convinced. LOL!
Thanks - hope you have a great day too! :)
Nice nails! I want some now ( can't grow my own, need tips), but they really slow me down at work. Hmmm ...maybe if I get them "active length"? Thinking ....
That's what I did...those are active length. What I did was grow them myself to the point that I could because they kept breaking. I had an acrylic overlay put on top to harden it. I go every 2 weeks for a "fill" to fill in where the nail grew and she does the manicure/polish change. I have to keep them active length because of the computer. I'm on the phone doing reservations and typing all day so I can't have the type of length that will delay my typing speed. Since they are active length, I got used to them so fast. The length wasn't what bothered me, it is how hard the nails are. There is no "give" at all..they are hard as a rock. LOL!
Let me know if you decide to do it. It is fun and it is relaxing for me to get them done. Oh yes, and it gets me out of this office twice a month. LOL!
I like that color! I might have to get me some!
