This is a tribute to the late great George Carlin.

1. What is your language pet peeve. (example 'hot water heater', why would you heat hot water)
Parkway (you drive on) --- Driveway (you park on)

2. What is your favorite word? Both dirty and clean?
Clean word - Harley
Dirty word - don't really have a "favorite".

3. What is the one word you cannot spell?
Albuquerque

4. What is the one word you always pronounce wrong?
Interest - i.e. bank account. I sometimes say in-terr-est instead of in-trest.

5. If you could erase one popular catchphrase from the english language, what would it be?
"Six of one, half dozen of the other" - I never cared for that saying..um...ever.

well Jodie you are pretty you where just finding behind a diferent picture that was not you at all :) and you wrtie so well and tell great stories that is why I keep coming back you have become "carrie" :),
I love NY and I like Fran Dresser from the Nanny and she was from NJ so was Billy Joel,alot of good people have come out of there and I do love to here people talk with that NJ or NY accent.
I think it sounds better that some of west Texas, marina

Awww thanks Marina..you're a sweetheart! Yes, I do have the Jersey accent. It is funny because people point it out to me & I don't see it but to give you an example as to how I say things differently is words that people that aren't from NJ pointed out to me.
Coffee - I pronounce it "caw-fee"
Chocolate - I pronounce it "chalk-lit"
Italy - I pronounce it "It-Lee"
Jersey - I pronounce it "Jer-Zee"
Wire - I pronounce it "Why-Yah"
