Happy Monday Everyone. I felt like posting a pretty fall foliage picture. I'm not sure where this is, but I wish I did know. It is SO pretty. I would love to take a walk along that path, or sit on the stoop that is by the little house on the left. I can imagine writing poetry or a short story there. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I have to say I was a complete bum this weekend. I literally did not leave the house. Well Saturday I had a really big migraine that lasted all day long. I went to bed with it around midnight. Sunday morning I woke up and the migraine was away, I just had a dull headache. I spoke with my sister and I asked her if she minded if I stayed home because I had 3 assignments I needed to catch up on for the class that I am taking. She didn't mind at all, but I did. I felt bad because I really wanted to see her. Luckily some good did come of my staying home. I was able to finish all three assignments and am now caught up.
Now I'm back at work and thought I'd pop in and say hello. I really miss my daily NaBloPoMo Ha! posts. I am still following it, but just with a post daily. I have ruled out the whole "Vote" theme.
Not sure what is in store for this evening. I hope you all enjoy your day!!!

Isn't the vote theme terrible? If you don't run a political blog, what the heck are you supposed to talk about? "Wee wee-vote for me!" Ick.

I was very unhappy with the theme so I'll just be following their "post everyday" alternate suggestion. I have to say, I love scheduled posting for the days you know you can't get on the computer.
I agree about the whole "vote for me" idea. It is all over the news, internet, radio, etc. I feel like I'm on election overdose. LOL!

So, I agree also...I guess I can understand why the whole "vote" theme came about, what with this being an election year. That said, I do think it is WAY too difficult to not make it political, plus to even figure out how to upload a poll "thingy" on a blog!
and yes, I am EXTREMELY passionate about my Steelers....just comes with being a Pittsburgher I guess :)

BG - Totally agree about the VOTE theme. I tried myself to do the poll thingy and it did not work in the post for me either. Only on the sidebar. It was so frustrating. I figured blogging is supposed to be fun & light..not frustrating. LOL! So I opted to do a post everyday instead to keep up with NaBloPoMo. Hopefully next month will be a better theme. I'm making a prediction that it will be about Thanks or Thankful or something about Thanksgiving. LOL!

I am not doing nablopomo this month. I would never have done anything on voting. So boring! I am afraid to check out other blogs becuase there are certain things I just want to avoid.
Maybe you should send your suggestion to Eden? About next month's theme? I love it!
sounds like th vote thing would of been too hard and BG right there is much popitical news right now I know my husband listen to all of it every night,

I liked the photo of the stone pathway, My girlfriend is a cam/girl...does it for a living...but her best stuff is her candid casual stuff...trouble is there is not much time for it since she is busy shooting weddings and so on. she is a coffee junkie too.
Sorry about your migraine! I don't suffer from them but I get migraine auras quite often and they are annoying as hellI miss the HA! posts too, that's why I'm tossing in humor here and there!
