Yesterday was really busy at work. I got to the point where at around noon time I had 31 reservations that had to be ticketed. Plus I had more new reservations in my email inbox and the phone was ringing off the hook. When 5pm hit I swear in the back of my mind I heard angels singing "Alleluia". Now to do it all again today.
I hope everyone has a nice day today! I can't believe it is Thursday already. This week flew by!

The airport is closed until Monday afternoon. Not sure when the closure begins though. I was flying to Cabos from Houston so had to reschedule my flight.

SW - I find them by doing a Google Image search or photobucket. Yes, I heard about Houston. Continental sent us an Urgent Fax twice today. They are giving waivers for changes so that is good thank God. Normally changes are up to $150 now domestically and $200-250 for international..some $300! I'm glad you got reaccomodated - thank God!
