Saturday 9: You've Got A Friend

1. Who is your best friend?
I am blessed to have two; my sister and Colleen

2. How did you meet?
My sister and I met in the hospital about a half hour after I was born.
Colleen and I met on the kindergarten playground near the hopscotch chalk game back in September of 1977.

3. How long have you known each other?
My sister and I have known each other 36 years and 3 months
Colleen and I have known each other for exactly 31 years

4. Have you traveled anywhere together?
My sister and I have traveled together on family vacations to Florida and the Jersey Shore.
Colleen and I have traveled together to Pennsylvania and to West Virginia.

5. Did you ever have a problem over a romantic interest that you shared?
No with either person

6. Have you ever not liked your best friend’s choice of lovers?
My sister is 16yrs older than me so she got married when I was 12.
Colleen hasn't had anyone I disliked. Well I should rephrase that. Colleen hasn't had anyone I disliked until after they broke up because as you can imagine it is always their fault not hers. (That is my story & I'm sticking to it! LOL)

7. How long since you have seen your best friend?
My sister I saw this past Sunday and will this Sunday.
Colleen I saw Labor Day weekend.

8. Do you remember each other on birthdays and holidays?
Oh yes.

9. What is the biggest fight that you have ever had?
I haven't fought with either of them my whole life. I've had an incredible relationship with both of these ladies. I would literally be lost without them in my life.
