Last night the University called me up and said that NJ closed all of their Colleges and Universities. Woo-Hoo! First thing I did was shut my alarm off!!
We are expected to get anywhere from 8 to 18 inches of snow along with "blizzard like conditions." Wonderful.
Are any of you guys off today due to snow? I honestly can't wait until the winter ends because I really hate snow. I'm terrified to drive in snow and ice. I keep telling my husband that I want to migrate to Arizona or New Mexico.
What to do today:
- Finish reading the library book that is due on Tuesday
- Catch up on my DVR'd shows. I have about 3hrs worth of shows to watch.
- Pray that we don't lose power. We already lost our DirecTv service. Thank God that doesn't affect the DVR.
Please stay safe everyone!!! Tonight my hubby has to go to work. They warned everyone that if they don't show up it would be an automatic suspension. Totally heartless and ridiculous.

That is pretty heartless!! We had a snow day too!! Enjoy and here's hoping that your power stays on!
And yet my company got out at one. We got a dusting... Go Figure! :)
Staci - Luckily the powere did stay on! The DirectTV is another story. It went on and off all day. My hubby had to keep taking a broom to the satellite dish. It hangs on someones balcony above our outside walkway.
Bud - The last storm Central & South Jersey got over a foot and we didn't get a flake. I guess it was our turn. LOL
