5:30am then I fell back asleep at around 9am and got up at 11am.

Serious song - "O Holy Night" - Josh Groban's version. Fun songs...tie between "Holly Jolly Christmas" and "Dominick The Donkey".

Amish Country -- particularly Intercourse or Bird-In-Hand, Pennsylvania.

At the "hoo-hoo" doctor. LOL

Hopefully in a condo or townhouse and managing a doctor's office or clinic.

Nothing, I felt very safe as a child. Thank God. But, I wasn't a fan of clowns or those porcelain masks that they have at Mardi Gras. They scare me.

Something Jay Mohr said about Ed Begley Jr. He said that his eyeglasses were so thick that he needed a prescription windshield for his car.
