Chester And Max Plus...

Today I spent the day with my sister & her dogs (my canine nephews). Above is Chester (3yrs old), the doggy I mentioned to you last week who had to have surgery to have a lump removed from his leg. Here he is post surgery. How cute is that leg wrapped up? On his soft cast is little smiley faces. The orange looks so cute with his chocolate coat. If you look real close on his right leg, they had to shave him in the spot where they put his intervenous. My poor little boy!
Above is Chester's brother Max. He is 8yrs old and he is a yellow Labrador. We got this one picture outside. It got really chilly so we went inside really quickly.

Above is Chester sitting in front of me at the dining room table. He is doing really well with his cast. He went at it a few times but if you tell him to stop he stops which is good. Here you can get a better look at it and where they shaved him. He is a good sport!

We had a really nice day together. Jenny is doing a little better thank God! She is still very crampy and uncomfortable. But, that immense pain has went away which gives me the impression that the stent is working. The only bad thing is that it means there is a blockage somewhere. Now for the doctor to find where it is and what the next step is. Here is hoping she will finally make her sister happy and go to a specialist.

My sister is just too cute. For lunch she made us peppers and eggs. She made enough for us for lunch and enough for me to take for lunch tomorrow. She also made lentil soup during the week and froze it and gave me a container to take to work as well. The adorable part is that she gave me grated cheese in a baggie to take to work so I could put it in the soup. I just love her because no matter how bad she is feeling, no matter what, she always puts everybody before herself. I am SO blessed to have her. I really am. I love her beyond words.

Before I left she even cut my bangs for me. They desperately needed a trim. I felt like I was staring through hair. LOL.

After I went home, I picked up my hubby and we went to meet Colleen for dinner at Chilis. We had a nice time.

Well my friends, that is my update for tonight. Tomorrow starts another week. This week will finally be the end of this whole election debalacle. I can't wait to not hear about it anymore! Tuesday can't come quick enough.

What adorable dogs! Chester is like, "Look at my boo boo! Aren't I brave?" and Max is like, "Hey, I'm cute too, so you'd better take MY picture!"
I'm so glad you had a nice visit with your sister! That's so cute how she takes care of you! I miss being able to see my sister often, that's the only bad thing about my transfer.
I hope you have a safe commute and a great Monday!!!

Sue - Awww, thanks about the dogs. They are SO sweet. Chester is SO gentle. Max is adorable too. They both love attention.

Awww, that stinks about being further from your sister with the transfer. That is one of the cons. But look on the bright side, now you can make a new ritual and go & get tattoed together..LOL! ---- Yes, Jenny loves to take care of me. She is such a good-hearted person Sue.

Bud - My sister puts down a sheet..LOL! They are allowed on that one couch. It is funny because they know which one they can go on & what they can't go on.

Marina - I really am blessed with her. She is my heart! Thank you so much for your thoughts about her. I'm sorry you aren't close to your sisters. Our brother is to himself too. It is sad. I am the only one who doesn't have children. My two sisters and my brother have children.

Debbie - Thanks about Chester. He is my little sweetie pie..all 81pounds of him. LOL! Thank you so much for what you said about my sister & I. You are a sweetheart!

You two are so lucky to have each other! I'm glad Chester is doing well....and I PRAY you can convince her to see a specialist!!

Carol - We sure are - thank you! Chester is doing really good. He was so active yesterday, even with that cast on. Thank you for your prayers about the specialist. It is like talking to a brick wall sometimes with her. I love her SO much, but she is more concerned about hurting the doctor's feelings!!!! I get mad because this is her body and her health...the doctor will get over it.
