Rock The Vote 2008

As Americans we should have our voices heard.
Please exercise our right to vote.

Oh yes, and make sure you hit up a Starbucks as a reward. They are giving a free "tall" coffee for anyone who votes today.

I am a Starbucks addict...ahem...I mean, regular; but as I can't vote I don't suppose I'll get the free 'tall' one today. I'll have to scoot down there to see.
Haven't been to vote yet, am waiting for The Husband to finish work and then we'll be in the queue. Us and 500 others I expect. :)

I'm really quite excited. Does that sound silly?

Bella - Hey you can tell them you went to vote, you went along with your husband. That should be a loophole. LOL!

I like Starbucks frappuchinos. The java chip light is my favorite. Yum!

It is not silly at all to be excited. This is a very exciting election this year. We will vote in either the first African-American President or the first female Vice President. Very cool indeed.

Marina - Hooray! It is so cool!

Yeah! So glad you voted today.

Have a fabulous evening friend! I know I am going to be glued to the TV tonight.

I wonder if anybody is going to try to get a free one even if they didn't vote.

PS No of course I'm not mad at you for not participating, maybe some day :)

ABINTR - You know what is funny. Jodi voting and stoping at Dunkin Donuts for an iced coffee on the way to work instead of Starbucks. Duh!!! I thought about it when I got to work. LOL! I'm a space cadet sometimes.

PS...Maybe next year I'll do it or have more than 2700 words to start with. LOL!

I hope you got some sleep last night! I dropped at about 8pm so had no clue about the results until I turned on my computer.
I hope you have a safe commute and a stress free day at work!!!

Sue - I feel like a zombie. I went to bed a 1am. I don't know why I do it to myself because I know I'll be a zombie the next day. All I can say is...I'm stopping for coffee before I hit the highway for sure this morning. I should have followed your lead and turned in early. The early polls showed where it was going anyway.

I wish you a beautiful day my friend. Have a safe commute to work :)
