Today's HOT topic is Hot Apple Cider. I've only tried it recently and I loved it. My hubby & I went to Amish Country in Lancaster County, PA. We were in an Amish bakery in a town called Bird-In-Hand. They had it for their customers on a cool autumn morning. It was delicious. I always just thought it would taste like hot apple juice. It was much better than I thought.
Just for future reference anyone who likes regular cold apple cider, I also tried cherry apple cider and that was absolutely delicious. I will give a word to the wise, be very careful how much you consume. It can do a number on your tummy.
