Today's HOT topic are Hot Sauces. I guess I'm not a hot sauce connoisseur because I had no idea there were this many varieties. I'm oblivious to alot of things. I stay faithful to certain brand names. For example, in my mind there is no other ketchup besides Heinz and no other mayonnaise besides Hellmans. I'm convinced I go through life with blinders on.
Do you like to use hot sauce? I don't because I'm a mild to medium kinda gal.

I do like to use them....
I usually use the more exotic South American varieties though....not Tabasco, really.

I can only eat mild sauce. I love Taco Bell's mild hot sauce and there is one other one. Other than those, I stay FAR away!

I like hot sauce. The hotter the better. I make this salsa that is so very hot. Here in Texas, we put hot sauce over every thing. Eggs, baked potato, and burgers.
